AI Governance & Workforce Policy

AI adoption changes how employees work and how companies manage sensitive information and decisions. I help legal, HR and business leaders turn governance principles into practical policies and ways of working.

Governance and written policies

I advise on the cross-functional ownership of AI use and the policies that guide it, including sensitive information, privilege considerations and the tools departments actually need. Governance begins with understanding the work and the information involved.

Workforce training and oversight

Training addresses how people use AI tools, what information they provide and where human review belongs. I also help companies consider the risks associated with meeting-recording and transcription features and establish appropriate checks around workplace use.

An employment perspective on transformation

My perspective combines employment law experience with hands-on work building an AI-supported practice. I work with general counsel, HR leaders and founders on the workforce implications of adopting these systems.

Based in New York. Matters involving other jurisdictions are coordinated with local counsel where needed.
