Methodology

Judgment is the product. I built this practice around a simple hierarchy: the strategy, the critical thinking, and every final word are mine. Disciplined frontier AI carries the load underneath, under my direct control at every stage of a matter. The result is employment counsel that is senior, fast, and delivered without the layers, without any sacrifice in judgment or quality.

The Lexis Moment

When legal research moved from the law library to Lexis and Westlaw, the lawyers who mastered the new tools produced better work, faster, than the library ever allowed. The judgment did not move. The tools did. This is that shift again, at greater scale. Used with discipline, frontier AI does not replace critical thinking. It clears away the hours of assembly work that stood between the lawyer and the thinking.

The Workflow

I build and run frontier AI agents: models deployed across research, drafting, document review, translation, and exhibit preparation, doing the work that traditionally required multiple vendors and support staff. Each agent operates under detailed instruction sets drawn from my own record of practice, the way a partner trains an associate: how I research, what sources count, when inference is never acceptable. I completed Harvard's Agentic AI program in 2026 before founding this firm, not for the credential, but to learn to deploy agents safely: how to restrict what they draw on, how to structure their instructions, and where they cannot be trusted. I set the strategy, review every line, and own every word that leaves the firm.

Safeguards

The systems here run in a closed professional environment. Client information is protected by negotiated data-protection terms with the AI provider and is never used to train the models. Research agents are restricted to established legal databases, and every citation is verified in the primary source before it appears in any work product. Nothing leaves this firm that I have not read, checked, and judged.

What It Means For You

The old rule of professional services was that you could have good, fast, or affordable: pick two. This model breaks that rule. The result is a lean firm that runs without the overhead of a large firm, and without any sacrifice in judgment, capability, or results. You get partner-caliber work without paying for an associate pyramid or the overhead behind it. Flat, capped, and retainer arrangements are available for clients who prefer their fees predictable from the start.

For most employment matters, a large team does not accelerate the work. It slows it down. A sensitive executive exit, a workplace investigation, a demand letter that needs a fast response, a policy question before a new market entry: none of these require a pyramid. They require one person with deep experience who picks up the phone. AI-native practice makes that person available to startups, technology companies, and growth-stage businesses that could not previously justify Big Law rates.
